Questions and Answers > seasonal allergies

Heyo Jrod :)
After my Bio and conquering many fitness goals, I am still conquering another- seasonal allergies. I know that seasonal allergies are almost always triggered by a food allergy. I have been gluten free for 1 1/2 years and dairy free for about 8 months, but I still got kicked in my behind pretty hard this allergy season.
Any other suggestions to ease this?

Joenene, This is one of the great protocols among Biosig practitioners. Step #1- Reduce Histimine by finding which foods or food chemicals are responsible for the immune response. The MRT is the gold standard for this. Step # 2- Drink 30 grams of Immune supreme a day for 5 days. Step # 3- take 2 perilla caps 3 x 2 a day for 5 days (keeping perilla handy would be advised for the really bad days @ 3 caps x 3 a day) Step #4- Find a qulified accupuncturist YOU ARE ONLY 4 STEPS AWAY FROM SOME MUCH NEEDED RELIEF!!
