Success is a Great Motivator

Set yourself up to succeed. 

                Write your goals down and achieve them (Goal Setting)

                Find the right people to help and support you

                Minimize unnecessary stress

                Do things for yourself not others

                Stay Healthy (or start new healthy habits)

                Write down your workouts so you can see that you are constantly progressing
