Why stop at the Green Light. . . ?

Do you stop at every intersection even though the light is green?  Of course not, it takes long enough to get somewhere just stopping at the red lights.  That is exactly what the MRT food sensitivity test does it tells you what foods to remove (red) and what foods to enjoy (green).
If you were going to Hawaii on vacation, you would fly not walk.  You want to get there and enjoy it, not spend your hard earned 2 weeks of vacation walking.  You don’t want to spend a lifetime guessing which foods are making you sick or keeping you from losing weight, you want to find out and enjoy a healthy, lean life .  No need to haphazardly remove foods, the MRT tells you exactly what to remove and which ones streamline the road to health.
I for one, am elated to be able to have Velveeta cheese again.  I avoided dairy for many years and was happy to find out I could have this 1 cheese (just not other cheeses) and was not heart- broken to find out, I should remove spinach and lettuce from my diet.
