Chicken soup does a body good!

Food testing on a budget: Remove wheat from your diet for 7 days.
Replace the wheat with organic chicken soup made from scratch.
Crock-pot the whole chicken at least 4 hrs or until the meat is falling off the bone. Let cool and then de-bone, BUT KEEP ALL SKIN AND CARTILAGE. Add veggies to the concoction and viola-chicken soup wf skin and cartilage.
On the 8th day reward yourself for being excellent; treat yourself to IHOP and pancake it up!
BTW on day 8,9 and 10 if you feel awful then the test just confirmed wheat sensitivity!!
