But no, no its a ulcer or IBS the doctors tested me 26 times for Pancreatitis. If one more person made up some bullshit that was wrong with their sister’s cousin I was going to flip out. 4 years of bullshit and all it took was someone to listen to me and run the right test. Who would have thought the guy with the problem may know what he was feeling.“

I lost 12 lbs., I’m down to 156 and body fat is at 2.5%...6 weeks dairy free, gluten free and my high fat diet plus the sick workouts; I’m back on track. And Ok if you think that 2.5 is a lie its certified dawg ha-ha. Nah but for real; you really will think I’m full of shit on what I been eating. Here is my diet: steak, chicken or fish 3 to 5 times a day. Vegs: broc, asparagus, spinach 4 to 5 times a week. Lots of fat; 2 to 4 packs of all natural, nitrate free bacon a day, also avocado, fish oil and real butter..
